A great lawn is the sum of small things done at the right time, and the right time is the part most homeowners miss. Pre-emergent has to go down before the soil warms, grubs get treated as they hatch, aeration belongs in the fall, and feeding has to be spread across the season instead of dumped on at once. Our annual program puts all of it on a schedule so the lawn gets each step in its window without you tracking a calendar.
It also fits the lawn to the property. The shaded lots near the school need a different plan than the full-sun lots on the edge of town that fight crabgrass and drought, and the program adjusts the timing and the mix to match what your yard actually is.
One Plan, Built Around Your Yard
A typical year runs several timed visits: slow-release fertilization, pre-emergent and post-emergent weed control, grub prevention, and a fall aeration and overseeding to thicken the turf. We are a licensed pesticide applicator and we follow label rates on everything. We will not promise a guaranteed-green lawn, but we stand behind the program and adjust it as the season goes.
